Visions and goals
RAKOS will develop, unite and spread competence for a better emergency medical service in Helse Vest.
RAKOS Main goals are:
- To support and ensure coordination of and collaboration between the prehospital emergency medical services in Helse Vest
- To support and carry out research and professional development related to emergency medicine topics
- To contribute to the implementation and efficient use of new technology in the prehospital emergency medical services in Helse Vest
- To ensure and implement national and international cooperation in emergency medicine. RAKOS shall be an independent consultation- and advisory body in relevant matters within prehospital emergency medicine services.
